A knitting, traveling, Texan girl, with lots of snark and an eleventh-grade education, trying to make sense of this world and other important things - like how to hollow out an oak tree.
Aside from writing in this blog, I also knit, crochet, paint, draw, sew, sculpt, act, cook, and argue with politicians on TV routinely. The name farming wind was inspired by the giant windmills in west Texas; Landowners are paid delicious amounts of money to host those monstrous power producers.
i'm on Ravelry!
and Flickr, too!
and if you want to link ;)
